Mama, our aim is to give you the best possible, most stress-free experience with our product. If you are not happy with our product, we aim do everything we can to make it right.
You can return your unopened and undamaged order within 60 days of purchase date for a full product-refund less return shipping charges. Returned items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging. If you wish to return your order, please contact us at customerlove@milaskeeper.com with your printed receipt.
For any unused products in its original packaging and receipt, we will gladly also accept free exchanges via store credit within the continental US. Please contact us at customerlove@milaskeeper.com informing us your wish to exchange. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label for which you can use to return the product. Once your product has been received in its original, undamaged condition, we will immediately post a store credit through an electronic gift card within 24 hours.
Due to the importance of maintaining the quality and purity of our products, we cannot accept returns of used products, unless they have a manufacturer defect. While our glassware is durable, we do not claim that it is unbreakable. Items that are damaged due to human misuse and gravity (i.e., dropped and broken) or damaged from regular wear & tear are not considered defective and are not eligible for a refund. If you suspect your item may be defective, please contact us at customerlove@milaskeeper.com with details of the suspected defect.
