Female-designed and female-run—we are making sure we 'walk the talk' of gender equality with our products, how we operate and with the mama community we serve. Rooted in our values and guided by the UN's Women's Empowerment Principles (WEP), female empowerment and gender equality principles are at the heart of our why we exist.

We are passionate about protecting Mama Earth. While there is still so much more we can do, we are committed to making a positive impact in global communities and on Earth. We do this through reducing the use of plastic, and the reuse of all our products.

We are also thrilled with multiple partners such as !% for the Planet and CleanHub to fund programs that reduce plastic from getting into our oceans.

We will invest at least 5% of our top line sales to philanthropic organizations towards gender equality and the protection of our environment.

We will also donate our time working directly with non-profits on meeting their other needs as they see fit.


We will only create products that encourage the reuse and reduction of consumption while keeping functionality as a priority.

We've created an Employee Benefit Program to help companies support and retain their working mamas.

We maintain a goal of working with with 75% of our suppliers which are female-managed or owned suppliers.

We will elevate the messages of the causes we support such as paid parental leave and pumping in the workplace to advocate for girls and women around the world.

We will campaign for Mama Earth such as protecting our national parks through awareness and advocacy.
