This is our way of supporting sustainability and your continued use of our trusted product.
Here's how it works:
If your glass bottle body breaks, cracks, or chips — whether from a drop, bump, or other accident within two years from date of purchase, starting May 2025 or after— as long as we have inventory in stock, we will replace your glass insert free of charge.

To maintain the integrity of our replacement program, we reserve the right to review and limit repeat requests for suspected misuse.

Therefore, Mila’s Keeper® provides a lifetime quality guarantee for all Mila’s Keeper® products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship purchased directly through milaskeeper.com. Mila’s Keeper® will replace any product found to be defective within the scope of normal household and appropriate use, in accordance with, but not exclusively, the Care and Use Instructions.
Replacement parts will be utilized to address defects when available. If a product proves defective in original materials and/or workmanship, Mila’s Keeper® will replace the defective item at no cost to you with the same size and color; or if not available, a comparable product will be used as a replacement. Send photo or video of defective product along with written explanation directly to customerlove@milaskeeper.com to receive approval and confirmation of replacement. Original receipt of purchase may be required. This limited warranty is valid for one year from the purchase of Mila’s Keeper® product, as limited by or subject to applicable law. The limited warranty provided by Mila’s Keeper® only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect of any Mila’s Keeper® products caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following: (i) improper maintenance, use or misuse of the product; (ii) damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications; or (iii) damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear, abuse, fire, or Acts of God.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
Except for the warranty expressly set forth above, no other warranties are made with respect to Mila’s Keeper® products. Mila’s Keeper® expressly disclaims all warranties not stated herein, including, to the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranty of non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states or other jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Mila’s Keeper® total liability under this or any other warranty, express or implied, is limited to replacement. In no event, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mila’s Keeper® shall not be liable to the purchaser or end user customer of a Mila’s Keeper® product for any incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the purchase, use or inability to use the Mila’s Keeper® product, even if Mila’s Keeper® has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states or other jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
