LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY 

As a Mama, you have more than enough on your plate, so we want you to be 100% worry-free and confident buying Mila’s Keeper® products. Mila’s Keeper is built to last, because we believe moms deserve products that work as hard as they do.

This isn’t just a promise — it’s our commitment to quality and to you.

Mila’s Keeper® products, except as noted below for glass bottles, are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship when purchased directly through milaskeeper.com.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies for the lifetime of the original purchaser’s ownership of the product and covers manufacturing defects arising within the scope of normal household and appropriate use, in accordance with, but not exclusively, Mila’s Keeper® Care and Use Instructions.

Mila’s Keeper® will replace any product found to be defective within the scope of normal household and appropriate use.

Replacement parts will be utilized to address defects when available. If a product proves defective in original materials and/or workmanship, Mila’s Keeper® will replace the defective item at no cost to you with the same size and color; or if not available, a comparable product will be used as a replacement.

Send a photo or video of the defective product along with a written explanation directly to customerlove@milaskeeper.com to receive approval and confirmation of replacement. Original proof of purchase may be required.

GLASS BOTTLES — 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Mila’s Keeper® glass bottles purchased directly through milaskeeper.com are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship.

Because glass is inherently breakable, this warranty does not cover accidental breakage, drops, impacts, improper handling, misuse, thermal shock, normal wear and tear, or use inconsistent with Mila’s Keeper® Care and Use Instructions.

Accidental breakage during the first year may qualify separately under Mila’s Keeper® Glass Body Replacement Program described below.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The limited warranty provided by Mila’s Keeper® covers manufacturing defects only and does not include any damage or defect of Mila’s Keeper® products caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following:

(i) improper maintenance, use, misuse, or storage of the product;

(ii) damage or defect caused by cleaning, sterilization, disassembly, alterations, or modifications inconsistent with Mila’s Keeper® Care and Use Instructions;

(iii) damage or defect caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, drops, impacts, abuse, fire, or Acts of God; or

(iv) cosmetic changes, including scratches, dents, fading, staining, or discoloration, that do not affect the intended function of the product.

Normal deterioration of materials or components resulting from regular use or aging is not considered a manufacturing defect.

WARRANTY RIGHTS

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Nothing in this warranty is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mila’s Keeper® total liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the covered product.

Mila’s Keeper® will not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use a Mila’s Keeper® product.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

GLASS BODY REPLACEMENT POLICY

Life can already be stressful, especially when you're juggling it all as a mom. That's why we're excited to offer our worry-free Glass Body Replacement Program for any bottles purchased from milaskeeper.com for one year, ensuring your Mila’s Keeper bottle stays with you for the long haul!  This is our way of supporting sustainability and your continued use of our trusted product.

Here's how it works:

If your glass bottle body breaks, cracks, or chips — whether from a drop, bump, or other accident within one year from date of purchase, starting May 2025 or after— as long as we have inventory in stock, we will replace your glass insert free of charge.

• Request a Replacement
  Email us at customerlove@milaskeeper.com with a record of your online purchase from milaskeeper.com, and a photo of the damage.

• Pay Shipping & Handling
  We’ll send you a new glass insert - you just pay shipping + $2 handling fee.

• Keep the Rest
  You keep your lid and silicone sleeve, just swap in your new glass and you’re back in business.

To maintain the integrity of our replacement program, we reserve the right to review and limit repeat requests for suspected misuse.
