Two (2) Breast Milk Ice Packs for the MilKeeper

Each ice pack keeps up to 12 oz of breast milk cold for up to 20 hours inside your MilKeeper® insulated breast milk cooler. Comes in two colors so you always know which was frozen most recently.

Per CDC/AAP recommendations, we do not recommend adding warm milk to cold milk in your cooler unless separated by bags. If you do, swap in a freshly frozen ice pack to ensure your milk stays safe.
Mila's Keeper "colder than ice" cold packs are made of HDPE which is fully tested as food-grade, BPA-free and FDA approved.
Size: 2.6 in. height x 2.25 in. diameter
Freeze for 12 hours minimum, 24 hours ideal before use. Ice packs should be completely solid when frozen.
Handwash only.
Do not heat or put in microwave.
Check the condition of ice pack before every use to ensure there are no leaks or cracks.
Note: Ice packs, like all ice packs, have on average life span of 2-3 years, after which they should be replaced.

Not only did the ice packs keep my breastmilk cold it cooled it. I pumped and immediately put into the cooler with the ice packs and when I got home my milk was very cold. Have two additional had ensured that I always have ice packs that have been in freezer and thus frozen solid for next day. Awesome products and I am super amazed and beyond satisfied!

Having extra ice packs ready to grab out of the freezer is so helpful with pumping and traveling.
I almost didn’t order the extra ice packs. But I so glad I did. It’s great to be able to switch them out and keep milk cold when we are out and about. My baby drinks his formula cold now that he’s a bit older. I keep my Mila’s keeper on my nightstand with a “midnight snack” bottle tucked inside. Saves my husband from having to make the trek down to the kitchen at 2am. The extra ice packs mean if I forget to put one back in the freezer the next morning I still have two cold ones in there.
I love love love my milas keeper chiller! I can throw it in my bag whenever I leave and be ready to pump anywhere. The bottles are cute too and I love that I can use them with the nipples from my old plastic bottles that I don't need anymore!

I really love the small, compact size of the cooler and how discreet it is. It just looks like a water bottle. I took one star off because for the price I think the cap should be metal. The plastic seems a bit cheap. Also even though I love the small size having options to have a larger size to hold double the amount of milk would be nice. I could totally see using a larger size for a two day business trip vs. two separate coolers.

Very important to buy an extra set especially if you're going to be adding milk to the cooler over multiple sessions be sure to switch out ice pack to keep milk cold!
This was perfect for flying/travel day. I put the ice pack part on the bottom instead of **** it in the top (just based on someone else’s review, never tried it the other way) and my pumped milk was still cool by 12hrs. Be mindful of what bottles/volume you need that will fit, I goofed and had bottles that were too big but luckily packed one that fit.

I love my Mila's Keeper! I love the design and portability. Just a few things that I came across with my product that made me give 3 stars (I would have given a 3.5).
1. The actual freezer pack. I think it's great if you have access to a freezer (which isn't always the case if going to hotels). In addition, the freezer pack has turned my milk frozen around it which made it a bit difficult to open my bottle because it got stuck and I had to wait for it to defrost a bit. The bottle holds 12 oz if pouring directly into it but because of my milk turning frozen around the pack, a bit inconvenient. The freezer pack can keep milk cold *up to* 18 hours but, I've noticed if in hotter environments, that it'll shorten the hours.
2. Amount the bottle holds. 12 oz is great but like I said, the freezer pack makes it a bit inconvenient. Not a fan of using bags. And a bottle would lessen the amount I can hold in my keeper.
Overall, I still really enjoy using my Mila's Keeper!
Thanks so much for your feedback! Yes with hotels it can be tricky. If you’re in a pinch you can always use our MilKeeper with our glass bottles or bags and use ice from the hotel or restaurants.! And yes in hotter environments there will be variations in the longevity of the ice pack! Finally we hope to support you in the future with a larger capacity! Stay tuned!
Generally, I use a milk collector (boon trove) and hand express 1-2oz total after each of two night time feeds. I use two separate cooler/ice pack/bottle sets to get through the night and not have to mix warm with cold milk. The ice packs fit with the cooler well and keep expressed milk overnight so that I don’t have to put milk in a fridge right away. I have used the milas keeper sets to cool and keep expressed milk while out during the day as well. The ice packs do an adequate job of cooling 1-2oz of milk per bottle and keeping it cool for 8 hours. I have not tested capabilities beyond this set up.
