Absolutely love this product! It’s so easy I can pump right into the glass bottle and the cooler keeps my milk cold all day! Great for on the go days and beautiful!
This keeps the milk super cold! I cannot attest to 20 hours as I have needed it that long, but on a little road trip from Tallahassee to the Georgia Aquarium in ATL, it did the trick! I love that it will fit in a cup holder as well. I am also pleased with the minimal packing in the box. No plastic was used!
This was perfect for flying/travel day. I put the ice pack part on the bottom instead of **** it in the top (just based on someone else’s review, never tried it the other way) and my pumped milk was still cool by 12hrs. Be mindful of what bottles/volume you need that will fit, I goofed and had bottles that were too big but luckily packed one that fit.

I bought this for an upcoming trip where I'll need to pump during the day without having a fridge handy. I decided to do a test run without milk, just to see how it did. At 7am I put some ice cubes in the bottom of the Milkeeper and screwed the frozen ice pack into the lid before closing it. I opened the lid at 1pm (6 hours later) and the ice had not melted at all! I removed the ice pack and closed the lid again, I wanted to see how well insulted the thermos was without the ice pack to provide additional cooling. I opened the thermos at 7pm (after another 6 hours), the ice cubes were still almost entirely frozen with less than a tablespoon of water in the bottom! I am more than convinced that the Milkeeper will be able to keep my pumped milk cold while I'm traveling, and I'll probably add this to my list of recommendations for new moms!
I love this company, their mission, and these bottles. I was able to purchase them with my hsa card very easily. They also have great customer service. I will definitely be recommending Mila’s keeper to anyone who is on a breastfeeding or pumping journey!
I love my Mila’s Keeper breast milk coolers! They are so cute, by far the cutest on the market. They’re so easy to work and travel with, and they’re cheaper than the competition. It’s a win win win. I tested the internal temperature with a thermometer and they work exactly as they claim. Buy this!!
Went on my first weekend away from my 2 month old baby. As an exclusive breastfeeding mom I needed a way to keep my pumped milk cool while enjoying my time away. The concept worked great and I love that it's a glass bottle. Would absolutely recommend!

These Mila’s keeper milk storage sets are an absolute must have!! I am an internal medicine physician with days at the hospital and traveling to clinic. Pumping during a busy schedule with travel is difficult as is. These milk storage bottles really help by allowing me to worry about one less thing: refrigeration. I pop the ice packs back in the freezer every night and in the morning, just stick them in the adorable milk canisters and I have all-day safe storage for my breast milk, whether I’m traveling or not. I prefer to keep my breast milk in my bag in these bottles, that way I never leave milk behind at work (it definitely happened in my early pumping journey). Thank you so much for making these functional yet stylish canisters!
These milkeepers have kept my hard-earned breast milk cool during the wee hours so I can more easily go back to sleep. I also take them to work for my 12 hour shift and don’t have to worry if there is room in the breast milk fridge, which is in a separate place from where I pump.
Cute, but more importantly reduces a barrier to breastfeeding.
I wish Mila’s was available for my other two kiddos, but I’m sure glad it is for my last. It is so nice and easy to swap out my spectra plastic bottle catchers to this glass option. Not to mention, they are way prettier to look at :)
In anticipation of pumping when returning to work, I bought 6 total glass bottles, 3 white, 3 green. Wide mouth. They are easy to clean, fit with my spectra flanges and avent nipples. We use them every day!
First, the aesthetic of this is so cute! I had a hard time picking between the colors and will probably get some more colors. I love that the cooler is so simple to use! I debated a while to make the purchase but ultimately the cooler was so much simpler than other designs. I wasn’t sure about the silicone top for the bottle at first but I’m happy with it- easy to clean and love that the product is such high quality! Easy to read markings, cute, and fits my bottle accessories and pump. Can’t wait to order another color :)
